Send a Password Reminder

You can use one of the options below to have a password reminder email sent to you.

Option 1 - you remember your username

Enter your username below, click the Send me my password    button, and your password will be mailed to the email address you specified when you registered^{(see note below)}.

Option 2 - you've forgotten your username

If you cannot remember your username, try this form. Enter all or part of the full name and/or email address you think you would have used when you registered on the site, then click the Search for member record   button (the search may take a few minutes).

Full Name

Search for text you think you used in your Full Name when you registered (for instance your last name)

E-mail

Search for text from the Email Address you think you used when you registered (for instance the name of your organisation or your usual email username)

Option 3 - email us for help

If none of those options work for you, send an email to guidance.research@gmail.com.

NB - about the email address

The reminder email will be sent to the email address from our records for the member you specify above. When you registered on the site, you entered an email address. Members can also change the email address after joining (by using the member preferences form). If that email address is valid, and you have specified your own member record (not someone else's), you should receive the email reminder at that address about 5 or 10 minutes after submitting the form above.
