It will be a shame if IAG is totally hijacked by 'labour market focus'
I feel that there will always be a value in people undertaking learning for its own sake/for personal development. Probably most people will be interested in undertaking a learning pathway that leads to employment. LMI will be a vital context for all of those. But suspicion is probably healthy if it protects those for whom education might provide a less obvious route to a fulfilling future.
