I've just posted this Case Study about a single mum with a recent BTEC National Award in Early Years who wants to start work, but is unsure how to find something that would fit in with her caring responsibilities and give her enough money to live.

Please comment on this entry if you have any ideas about how to advise people in Carla's situation.

Posted a S.W.O.T analysis - Developing my challenging skills for telephone interviews

I'm making plans to improve my challenging skills. Here's a SWOT reflection to get the process and progress started. Feel free to add your own ideas.

I've just filled in (or begun to!) a S.W.O.T. analysis for Developing my challenging skills for telephone interviews. I'm eager to make some real progress on this over the next few months.

My plan is to re-visit the SWOT every now and then, and to post a proper filled-in PDP plan for this goal by May. Please add your own comments if you can think of anything to help :o)
