This is my personal learning diary, organiser and planning space.

I am a Lifelong Learning adviser/career coach at Ufi Learndirect. I joined the learndirect team 3 years ago and started as an information adviser. Before I started working at Ufi learndirect, I did my NVQ Level 3 in Advice and Guidance at the nextstep organisation that employed me. I love learning and have just started my NVQ Level 4. My professional experience has been gained from working with a wide range of clients including adults affected by redundancy and Jobcentre Plus customers.

I am quite keen to develop my skills in finding sector information and using labour market information with my customers.
