53% of the justice sector workforce are in the associated professional and technical occupations, and 21% are in administrative, clerical and secretarial occupations, compared to 13% across all sectors. Occupations

The justice sector workforce is better qualified than the UK workforce: 59% of the workforce have a Level 2 or 3 qualification, compared to 46%. Education and training
