Average volume and spend on training
Sector employees receive an average of just 5.8 days training per year as compared to an average of 9 days across all sectors. However, while employees receive less in terms of number of days they receive substantially higher value training, with the average employee benefiting from £256 worth of training annually as compared to an average of just £185 across all sectors.
