Jobskills
Jobskills offers practical training which prepares apprentices for excellent long-term employment prospects and a rewarding career with self-employment potential. Training is conducted mainly with an employer who has suitable facilities to provide the range of training elements necessary to achieve an NVQ. Within the land-based sector, the importance of ‘ready-to-work’ employees is crucial due to the practical and technical skills required within the land-based industries; employers require people who can do the job competently hence removing the time it takes to embed skills.
