I am a Quality Coach at learndirect Careers Advice and live in Manchester. My role includes being a practitioner, offering supervision, training, mentoring, coaching and assessment. I have a Postgraduate Certificate in Telephone Guidance and Postgraduate Certificate in Education.

My particular interests are narrative and solution-orientated approaches and how these might be used in distance guidance model. I also have a keen in interest in multimedia and interactive tools to develop interactions as ongoing, lifelong journeys.
