Flyer for 'Releasing Potential - working with offenders in custody'
The Centre for Guidance Studies at the University of Derby is hosting a Central Guidance Research Forum (CGRF) Seminar on Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) in prisons. The event will be facilitated by Simon Bysshe, Senior Associate at the Centre, and Pauline Tait, Head of Learning and Skills at HM Prison Lincoln.
This CGRF Seminar, entitled 'Releasing Potential - working with offenders in custody', provides the opportunity to learn about work with offenders by exploring key issues from current policy and practice.  It will also provide a case study of HM Prison Lincoln.  This workshop will be participative, and will be appropriate for managers, practitioners, researchers and other stakeholders who have an interest in developing IAG services for offenders in custody.  This event is free of charge.  Booking details are available from the CeGS website
