For my postgradute study, I researched the relative accuracy of the organisation representation Age Positive Employer Champions

My findings suggest that organisations with this commitment do actively recruit and retain older workers; however, the extent of proactivity seems to relate to the size of the organisation and amount of financial resources available.  Has anybody else studied this area?

Your third age research sounds really interesting - seem money is a major driver and limitation for a lot of these intiatives!
I wonder if you have seen the section on age within the Making Guidance More Effective part of this website - if you are willing to add your dissertation to these resources - or recomment additional materials that relate to this dimension of equal opportunities  that would be great!
