This is a project that a group of Careers Advisers in Careers Scotland is undertaking to look of the effectiveness of a client contact card at diagnosing career planning need. The card asks the client to plot where they are on their career planning jounrney and the adviser will then direct them to a number of sevices ranging from in-depth to self help. The main aim of the project is to make sure the card facilitates this as much as possible. Doess anyone have any examples of research which has looked at client contact cards and evaluated their pros and cons?
