Pedagogies for developing learning and learning identities. Topics include modes of interactive support, for example direct teaching and more informal mentoring. Strategies for enhancing learning

1 Key section

This section is really important as we need to be able to put forward proposals as to how to enahnce learning in different ways in a variety of workplace contexts.
One way forward in some cases is to roll learning up with other issues: e.g. recruitment and retention; continuous improvement; network development so that learning is, at least initially, seen as something occuring naturally as part of other activities.

2 Duplication of issues

An earlier transription error by me meant that five categories from the work design wer eadded to this section in error. The mistake has now been corrected.

The sub-categories are now as agreed at the January meeting.
