I cannot be sure, but think maybe you're not using the feed URL for this content. The URLs for several of the feeds are outlines below, in this reply.

Hi Lucy -- this is just a quick guess at what might be going wrong. You might not have found the links for the feed you want. I include some of the links below. You can also find a little introduction to RSS and a list of feeds in the RSS News Feeds link in the footer of the main site pages (this is a normal link to a webpage, not an RSS feed link :o)
