The BECTA website site includes a section that provides information and resources for all those interested in the use of information and communications technology (ICT) to support careers education and guidance work.

The sections are: Managing ICT - Guidance on how to make the most of your ICT resources; ICT in practice - Case studies and information on how schools, colleges and careers services are using ICT; Lesson ideas - Lesson plans using the Internet and other ICT resources; Training resources - Contains a range of resources to support those engaged in providing ICT training; Publications - Links to documents from the DfES, Becta and others; Points of view - A forum for individual views on ICT and careers education and guidance; Internet links - Useful organisations and agencies involved in careers education and guidance; ICT news digest - A regular digest on current issues in the news relating to ICT
