From the USA, a further model for informing organisational practice.

Assessing and measuring the impact of guidance services requires a specific focus on existing and potential organisational practice. A Workforce Development Professionals Network in the USA provides web-based resources to help evaluate and improve organisational performance.

The Workforce Development Professionals Network (WDPN), based in the USA, seeks to support and inform the training and development of organisations and individuals in the field of career counselling.

WPDN Training provides a complete self-assessment and performance improvement model. This system was developed specifically for workforce development programmes and the staff who operate them, and is built on the principles of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and best practices in workforce development.
