Structuring the interview

Some models to help to structure the guidance interview.
Many interview frameworks are flexible and can be used across a range of different professional contexts, like marriage guidance counselling, debt counselling, etc. as well as guidance.  Perhaps one of the best known is that developed by Gerard Egan.  Details of this, and other models, can be found in this section.
