6) Interest in sharing ideas about IA

Firstly, from a Quality and a practitioner's perspective, I'm interested in sharing practice and ideas about how Impact Analysis can be undertaken most effectively and efficiently across a range of clients and services. Secondly, how companies, having derived data from Impact projects, can ensure that the data contributes to the continuous improvement of services and client outcomes and the most effective use of resources.
