1) Theres No doubt that careers guidance...
There is no doubt that careers guidance can and does make a difference to the lives of many individuals. However it is questionable whether the overall impact of the service can measured by aggregating these individual successes. Surely we have to consider the bigger picture and look at the ability of the service to meet the needs of the economy, in effect measure the impact of the service by its ability to deliver the skills needed by business?
